SAS Infra was founded by Dr. G.V. Rao on a single premise: Hyderabad deserved a higher standard than the one it was being given. That premise still governs every project the company builds.

SAS iTower, the largest skyscraper in the world by floor area, stands beside SAS Crown, the tallest residential tower in South India, and The Address, a curated retail brand carrying the same discipline into commerce.

Each project is built in partnership with specialist firms at every layer, each chosen for its craft, working together toward a single, uncompromising standard.

The result is a portfolio measured not against Hyderabad's market, but against the world's.

Dr. G.V. Rao entered real estate in 2000, an industry outsider with a background in veterinary science and a deep interest in organic farming. Without an inherited portfolio or industry connections, he built SAS Infra from the ground up, assembling the talent and expertise the vision demanded, one project at a time.

Under his leadership, the company's portfolio now includes the largest skyscraper in the world by floor area and the tallest residential tower in South India, built on a consistent preference for long-term value over short-term volume.

His operating philosophy is direct: think globally, execute locally, never compromise on structural integrity. He remains personally involved in land selection, master planning, and partner selection for every SAS Infra development.

Hyderabad is in the middle of becoming the city it will be for the next hundred years. Under his direction, SAS Infra intends to decide which version of that city gets built.
